Clean and organized apartment in a great location. Walking distance to all key locations in the center of the old town. The Owner picked us up from the bus station and made sure we were settled into the apartment with a lovely bottle of wine. They even provided a drive to the Airport to pick up our car rental.

We had a fantastic time at Vincent Apt. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even when we arrived soaking wet from the rain. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely balcony overlooking the main street. We appreciated the heated towel rail and efficient heating, which helped us dry off quickly. The satellite TV with English channels was a great bonus for those rainy days. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

In Old Town Centre in Zadar was exceptional. the apartment's location and layout were perfect, allowing me to easily explore the Old Town on foot. the balcony was a major selling point for me, and it certainly did not disappoint. the apartment itself was clean, tidy, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the owner, Andreij, was very communicative and accommodating during the check-in process. I highly recommend this apartment to others and have already rebooked for another stay. Cons: No issues 👍.

I always stay at Vincent Apt. It's perfect for me. They even helped me find my lost necklace. It has Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and air conditioning. Plus, a flat-screen TV, cots, no pets, and no smoking. I keep coming back for my city breaks.

The apartment was super spacious and clean, and the location was simply epic. We were right in the middle of the Old Town, with all the cool cafes and restaurants within a stone's throw away. We had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife and checking out the amazing Sun Salutation installation and Sea Organ. The balcony added a nice touch, perfect for chill sessions and people-watching.

The only thing we wished for was a livelier atmosphere in the apartment complex itself. It would have been cool to have a common area or a rooftop hangout spot where we could meet other young travelers and have some pre-party fun before hitting the town.

Conveniently located, spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with good soundproofing. Some minor noise from nearby restaurants but to be expected in a central area. Occasional issue with techno music from a shop during work hours. Basic cleaning provided, but could use a deep cleaning. Safe locked with combination, no owner override key.

You get a great view of the main streets from the balcony. The office is easy to find, and the staff is very kind. The Magnificent Location: Our stay at Apartments Vincent was like being at the heart of the action! The balcony overlooking the vibrant Kalelarga street made us feel like we were in the front row of a bustling theatre. We enjoyed people-watching and soaking in the lively atmosphere while sipping our morning coffee. It was truly a unique experience!

This apartment has an incredible location right in the heart of the city centre, on a pedestrian street, making it easy to explore and conveniently close to everything. the apartments are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and good shower facilities. There are also balconies with great views of the main streets of Zadar, perfect for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. the check-in process is smooth and the staff is helpful and communicative.

One minor downside is that the bed in one of the apartments was not a double, but two singles pushed together, which could have been more comfortable.
